We deal with routine matters, such as preparation of board and general meeting minutes, preparation of dividend vouchers, maintaining the company register including submission of appointments, resignations etc.

We will also submit the statutory financial statements on your behalf.

Boardman & Co file documents online including the annual Conformation Statement and various formats of accounts for active, non-trading or dormant companies.

For a number of clients we supply a full company secretarial service together with a registered office facility.

The registered office facility provides the use of our office address as the company’s registered office and a mail forwarding service of scanning and emailing the contents.

We can also arrange for the formation of a limited company to your specifications or obtain information on existing companies.
